When you need to replace your device, DJI Care Express (data analysis and replacement for flyaway cases are currently not supported) sends the replacement product back to you faster. For other scenarios, you can request service.

How to extend DJI Care Refresh?
If you have purchased DJI Care Refresh for your product, you can extend the service with DJI Care Refresh (1-Year Plan) at DJI Store within 15 days after the current service expires. You can extend up to three years.

- DJI Care Refresh (2-Year Plan) is currently unavailable upon renewal.
- DJI Neo does not support DJI Care Refresh renewal.
